Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Wellington for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next available business day.
Which areas in Wellington do you deliver to?
We deliver to central Wellington suburbs, including Te Aro, Thorndon, Kelburn, Newtown, Miramar, Karori, and selected addresses in Lower Hutt. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our Wellington studio.
What happens if a specific flower is unavailable?
As we work with seasonal blooms, substitutions may be necessary. We promise to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and value of your arrangement using the freshest available alternatives.
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
We recommend reaching out 6-12 months before your wedding date. For smaller events or elopements, 2-3 months is usually sufficient, subject to availability.
Can I collect my order from the studio?
Absolutely. You can select 'Studio Collection' on your order request. We will notify you when your arrangement is ready for pickup at our Wellington location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers for corporate clients, and contactless payments in-studio. All prices are in NZD.
