When should I book my wedding flowers?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for summer and autumn weddings in New Zealand, as our calendar fills up quickly.
Do you require a deposit to secure the date?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.
Can I request specific flower varieties?
While we always try to source your favorite blooms, flower availability is subject to the New Zealand seasons. We focus on the overall color palette and style, using the freshest substitutions if a specific variety is unavailable.
Do you handle setup and pack-down?
Absolutely. Our team provides full delivery, setup, and on-site styling. We can also return for pack-down and collection of hired items (vases, stands, etc.) at the end of the event.
Do you travel outside of Wellington?
Yes, we love styling destination weddings. Travel fees apply for locations outside the greater Wellington area, including Waiheke Island, Queenstown, and the Bay of Islands.
Can I customize the wedding packages?
Yes, our packages serve as a starting point. We can customize any tier to add or remove specific items based on your guest count and venue requirements.
What happens during the initial consultation?
We discuss your vision, venue, color palette, and floral priorities. It's helpful to bring any mood boards or inspiration images you've collected.
How do you handle budget planning?
We work transparently with you to maximize your floral impact within your budget. We can suggest seasonal alternatives or repurposing ceremony flowers for the reception to help manage costs.
