3. Orders, availability and substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and natural products. Specific varieties, shades and stem counts may vary. Where a bloom is unavailable, we may propose or make a thoughtful substitution of similar style and equal or greater value, while preserving the overall design intention. Time-sensitive or highly specific requirements should be discussed before confirmation.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery, installation, travel, vase hire, collection and other project costs may be quoted separately. A booking, workshop place, subscription or event date may require a deposit or full payment. Applicable payment and cancellation terms will be provided with the quotation or confirmation.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, access, weather or events beyond reasonable control. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient, address, access and contact information. Where nobody is available, flowers may be left in a safe location only when appropriate, or redelivery and additional fees may apply.
